Have a special event, that you’d like to have a one-of-a-kind logo or design created for to put on cups, napkins, koozies, etc? Our graphic design team can help. Select the Custom Design option and fill out the event details, color scheme, theme, etc in the NOTE section of check out and we will get to work.

Returns
We do not control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and still in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
